By submitting your information you hereby authorize Orbit20.com, Inc. (the “Company”) located at 611 Gateway Boulevard, South San Francisco, CA 94105 and/or its agents to make investigation of your background, references, past employment, consumer reports, education and criminal history record information which may be in any state or local files, including those maintained by both public and private organizations and all public records, for the purpose of confirming the information contained on your application and or telephone, fax or copy of this consent shall be considered as valid as the original consent.

You hereby consent to the Company's verification of all the information you have provided on your application form. You also agree to execute as a condition of becoming a user or continued use of the Orbit20 systems, any additional written authorization necessary for the company to obtain access to and copied of records pertaining to this information. You also hereby authorize the Company's access to any other records that may be available. With regards to the foregoing disclosures, you hereby agree to release any person, company or other entirety from any and all causes of action that otherwise might arise from supplying the Company with information it may request pursuant to this release. You understand that any false answers or statements or misrepresentations by omission, made by you on this application or any related document, will be sufficient for rejection of your application, or for immediate account closure should such falsifications or misrepresentations be discovered after you are granted access to the Orbit20.com systems.
